The simple practice of Tai Chi Easy™ is based on the four major recognized styles of Tai Chi. The practice is straightforward and highly adaptable.
Tai Chi Easy ™ Practice Leaders are trained and certified to use their training and certification to lead citizens and communities in practice of these self-healing arts that involve movement, breath, self-massage and meditation practices. Tai Chi Easy™ self-healing methods are available to individuals, groups and organizations.
